A Very Strange Chain

My name is Aylin Araos ElevanciniI come from the capital city of Santiago, Chile.

I see art as a way of expressing myself and making myself understood. Words are never enough and people always misunderstanding each other. Art can say so much more than any speech. It is a language of the soul and speaks in the same way to everyone.

I am mostly interested in abstraction and surrealism, also in using an eclectic of media and exploring what they can do.

The artists I like the most are: Roberto Mata, because his works are like windows into other worlds were things seem to be endless; Pontormo, his works are very complicated and hardly understood; Salvador Dali, his works are full of meaning, symbols and an aggressive nature, Tahne Le Toumelin, he has a very exquisite technique and his works are as detailed as an overworked lie; Moholy-Nagy, his work are very unnatural, simple and romantic; and Man Ray, his photograms are like twisted bits of reality.

I want to be able to create a work so beautiful someone will stand in front of it and lose their senses.
